Yes you can apply to stock your products in the Wild Venus shop!
Applications only open to women and non-binary humans. (The High Court Ruling is bullshit, yes you are very very welcome here! 🏳️⚧️)
** the shop is currently full for jewellery, home fragrances, skincare, prints, greeting cards, book marks, enamel pins, stickers**
Especially interested in applications from ceramicists (practical items such as mugs, soap dishes, wax warmers, etc), textiles but not vintage prints (pillow cases, decorative banners, etc), any items for men.
In Summary what to expect from stocking your products at Wild Venus?
- Curated displays rather than a separate shelf for each maker.
- Your products and business will be regularly tagged in social media posts, reels and stories.
- I will repost your content at your request.
- You have access to real time sales reports.
- Monthly pay outs.
- Join our Instagram chat.
- Occasional live feeds in which I unbox new deliveries from makers.
- I take care of the displays so you don't need to travel in from far and wide to look after your products!
- I'll send photos of your products and how they are displayed in the shop when you join us. We can work together to find the optimal display that works for us both.
- We will add your most popular products to the website and sell online which will further your online visibility (unless you would prefer not to).

We'll take your products and make considered curated displays throughout the shop. Grouping products by themes, our displays will provide a narrative and a journey experience for our customers.
Not only do I spend a great deal of time, effort, energy and research in merchandising you in store, but our dedicated social media pages will make frequent mentions of you and your work to our engaged followers and to our local mailing lists.
Wild Venus have been featured in several Lancashire publications including Burnley Life glossy magazine which has a print run of 30,000 copies as well as online news outlets. I have used and will continue to use paid advertisements on social media platforms and are exploring other mediums of paid advertising.
You can drop off or post your products to us, we'll take care of your products as if they are our own. No need to make long visits to come and dust the display or make sure everything is looking good... we'll do this for you.
Regularly posting and sharing our content onto your own social media platforms really helps and we've noticed that the more engaged our makers are, the more success they tend to have.
You'll also be invited to be a part of our little community of around 20-25 makers, we chat on Instagram and help each other with business related topics and general good vibes.
How much does this cost?
There is a small one off £10 set up fee which includes setting up a profile page on the Wild Venus website - in which you can plug your own website and social media if you wish.

A monthly £10 subscription (payable in terms of 3 months) goes towards managing administration costs and other fees associated with promoting your products.
A commission of 25% covers point of sale materials and transaction fees.
