Processing Time

As everything at Wild Venus is handmade, packaged by hand and posted by just one person, processing time is done at a very human speed with aims to have everything in the postal system within 3 working days. Please do get in touch if your order is urgent and I'll see what I can do.

Deliveries to the UK Mainland:

Most parcels will be sent with Royal Mail, sometimes I use Evri or other carriers if the packages are large.  

Standard Rate Postage 

All packages will be TRACKED 48 hour (2nd class) for £4, or upgrade to 1st class tracked for £5.50.

Spend £45 and get FREE delivery using a 48 hour tacked service from Royal Mail. 

Free Delivery

Just spend £45 to get your postage and packaging  for free.

European Shipping

Shipping to all European countries is £12.50. Shipping to all European destinations are now sent with tracking information.

International Orders

Shipping to Australia, United States and Canada is £18, all international orders will be sent with tracking information.

Wholesale Orders

Rates of Postage will be charged on a case by case basis. 

Missing Deliveries? 

Your parcel will have a tracking number which will tell us basic information such as if your parcel has been delivered or not and which hub it was last seen at.
I can't take any responsibility for parcels which have an incorrect address (you do this bit at check out).
If after 16 days your parcel hasn't arrived and is not shown as delivered then I am able to check with Royal Mail and can start to send out a replacement. Please do not contact with query about missing package until 16 days has passed as I'm unable to do anything before the 16 days minimum time that Royal Mail has set.
