Return Policy

Here at Wild Venus, we are all human and understand that sometimes something might not be to your liking, didn’t live up to expectation or you simply changed your mind.

If that’s the case then read on to find out what to do.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes - You have a legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we receive your order and a contract between us is formed.

If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products.

Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel. 

You will be responsible for covering the return postage costs if you decide to cancel your order after despatch and ensure that the item is adequately packaged so that it arrives in good condition.

All products must be returned in a perfect, unused condition. 

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes lip balms and body butters.

How should I return things?

If you are sending anything fragile then please make sure that they are well protected and if possible get a proof of postage from the post office as you will be liable for any damage which might happen along its journey.

Inside the box please include your name and email address so I can find your order and process your refund as soon as it is received.

What if I receive damaged goods?

Whilst we take care in packaging up your items before they go in the post, unfortunately sometimes things do break.

If your item has arrived to you in less that perfect condition then please contact us with a snap shot and let us know so we can make it right. Please inform us of any defects or damage within 30 days.
