Magical Mushroom Groves this way

Welcome to the Muushroom Grove

Hi everyone, my name is Dorota, and I create magical trinkets in beautiful Edinburgh. On a daily basis, I’m a tattoo artist, creating dark designs full of frog magic and shades of black. I’ve always been drawn to slightly eerie aesthetics, folklore and symbols hidden in nature which naturally found their way into my tattoo work. Tattoos allow me to tell the deeper, more mysterious stories on skin, but like many creative souls, I sometimes crave a softer and more playful outlet for my imagination.

That need for balance and creative escape is what inspired me to open my own little shop called My Mushroom Grove. It is a cosy, whimsical space where cuteness meets magic and where colourful designs of animals, ghosts, skeletons and other charming creatures take center stage. Everything you’ll find here is made with witches in mind - both the forest-dwelling kind and the everyday ones, just trying to add a little enchantment to their lives. Of course mushrooms appear everywhere in all shapes and forms because no magical grove would be complete without them.

In my shop, you’ll mainly find stickers, pins, keychains and bookmarks, perfect for decorating notebooks, altars, backpacks and or your favourite spell books. Each item is designed to feel like a small talisman, something tiny that brings joy, comfort and a touch of magic when you need it most. I pay close attention to colours, textures and tiny details, because I believe even the smallest objects can hold meaning and personality.

All of my inspiration comes from everyday life and frequent trips to the forest. Wandering between trees, observing moss, fungi and forgotten branches helps me slow down and reconnect with myself. I often bring home pieces of fallen wood, which I later transform into cosy mushroom lamps. These lamps are a blend of natural materials and imagination, turning something overlooked into a warm, glowing object filled with story and character.

My Mushroom Grove is a place where darkness and light coexist peacefully. It reflects both sides of my artistic soul - both the moody, tattooed witch and the lover of pastel ghosts and silly skeletons. Every design, even the most playful or silly ones are made with genuine passion and care. I hope that when you hold one of my creations, you can feel that love and maybe even a little spark of magic finding its way into your day.
