Bold and Bright from Tiny Sunshine and Snow Moon
Our small brand Snow Moon Creations, is managed by Lucia and here's what Lucia has to say about her work:
I love transforming the ordinary - bringing fun and colourful vibes to everyday socks, plant pots, tops, rocks and more! At Wild Venus you'll find authentic branded socks hand-dyed by me (using vegan, cruelty-free dye) and slate coasters hand-painted by me with acrylic paint and gloss varnished...all created with love and good vibes too :)
Although I've always been creative and arty, it's taken me a loooong time to finally make it my job and I couldn't be more grateful that I get to create and paint every week! We pop up at markets and events most weekends in the Surrey and Hampshire area - a variety of our things are also in a few Surrey shops too.
My website Snow Moon Creations has pretty much our complete range of products (although I wish I was better at updating it with new designs!). You can also keep up to date with me on Instagram @snow_moon_creations I hope you enjoy my products!

Also brightening up the shelves of our shop is the Tiny Sunshine Shop:
Tiny Sunshine Shop is the ceramic practice of artist Jess, founded in 2020 during a period of staying at home that opened up time and space for creative exploration.
Before this, Jess had been running a business creating keepsake ceramics, but Tiny Sunshine Shop marked the beginning of making her own artistic work - pieces led by curiosity, play and a connection to the natural world.
Entirely self-taught, Jess has spent countless hours experimenting with clay and learning the alchemy of ceramics through hours and hours of hands practice.
Working primarily with earthenware, she hand-builds and sculpts each piece, creating colourful and whimsical ceramics that are full of character and made to last.
Nature is important to Jess as it's both inspiration and a guide to her practice. In fact, much of Jess’s early work was influenced by time spent in her own back garden observing the small, often overlooked creatures that live in the soil and under leaves.
As a keen gardener, Jess is fascinated by ecosystems, worms, mushrooms and the cycles of life and decay. The changing seasons also play a central role with spring and autumn offering particular inspiration: the work naturally shifting in response to the world outside rather than following a rigid calendar.
Tiny Sunshine Shop is rooted in slow making and care, for materials, for the environment and for the objects we choose to live with. From solar powered kiln firing to low waste processes and recyclable packaging, sustainability is thoughtfully woven into the practice.
Through playful forms and gentle characters, Jess hopes to bring a small moment of sunshine, joy and connection into everyday life for those who love nature, silliness and seeing the world a little differently.
